By submitting my payment and securing my spot in the 2026 1928 Legacy Tour, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that the 1928 Legacy Tour is a preparation-based, multi-month experience culminating in a three-day cycling journey from Harlem, NY to Washington, DC (October 15–18, 2026).

I understand that:

  • Core training begins June 29, 2026.

  • Full payment is due before training begins.

  • My $300 deposit secures my position in a limited cohort.

  • Payments are non-refundable.

I acknowledge that this tour requires:

  • Consistent participation in the 15-week training program

  • Personal accountability for my physical and mental preparation

  • Honest communication about my readiness

  • Respect for group riding dynamics and safety standards

  • Adherence to all stated tour policies and the official Release & Waiver of Liability
