Meet Our Founder.

Keshia Roberson is an endurance runner and coach, cyclist, pleasure activist through movement, a change agent, and founder of Major Knox Adventures.

Using fitness as her vehicle for change, she has logged countless miles in support of social causes like women’s empowerment, reproductive rights, voting engagement, and cancer patient support organizations.

In 2016, Keshia founded “Track Tuesdays”, a series coined for its weekly community workouts hosted in the District and virtually to help distance runners improve their efficiency. Since 2017, she has been an ambassador and leader within Run 4 All Women, a grassroots organization committed to empowering women through fitness. Her work with the group has contributed to over 50,000 miles run and $600,000 in funds for reproductive, voting, indigenous rights groups, and progressive political campaign causes. Keshia is also the creator of “Running Conversations”, a run series hosting important conversations around mental health.

Keshia is also a Recreational Trails Advisory Committee member in Washington, DC, a member of Artemis Racing team, and a 2022 Abundance Mini-Grant recipient created by professional cyclist Ayesha McGowen.
