The 1928 Legacy Tour is a transformative journey honoring the legacy of five pioneering Black women who, in 1928, cycled 250 miles from Harlem to Washington, D.C. Organized by Major Knox Adventures, this event offers a comprehensive 15-week training program culminating in a 3-day bike tour, fostering sisterhood and a love for the outdoors.

15-Week Training

Welcome to the 1928 Legacy Tour!

Prepare for the ultra-endurance ride with comprehensive training, regardless of your experience level.

Day One

Thursday

Arrive in New York for a welcome reception and bike preparation.

Day Two

Friday

Begin the journey from Harlem to Philadelphia, covering 118 miles.

Day Three

Saturday

Continue from Philadelphia to Baltimore, navigating rolling hills and historic sites.

Day Four

Sunday

Complete the final leg to Washington, D.C., celebrating personal growth and new relationships.
